After we receive your email, you'll be sent a contract to e-sign

Once you've signed the contract, you can call the office to pay the Customer Deposit/Service Fee (606) 379-2211

New Customers will be charged a $75 Customer Deposit and a $25 Service Fee

Existing customers will be charged a $25 Service Fee
