Read the AutoPay Set Up Guide 

AutoPay runs on the 11th of each month at 3 PM ET

You'll receive an email reminder detailing your bill amount and payment method on the 9th 

New AutoPay accounts will not update for 48 hours. 

Be sure to pay your bill in full if signing up within 48 hours of the 11th.

*The service fee schedule for AutoPay transactions is $2.50 for credit cards up to $200.00, 2.75% of the total balance after that, and $2.00 for eCheck transactions.
