How to Enroll in Automatic Bank Draft
Sign Up In the Office
Come in to the office during regular business hours and ask to be enrolled in bank draft.
Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm
Be sure to bring a voided check and a photo ID.
Submit Your Request Below
You can request to be enrolled in bank draft by submitting the form below. Once your request is received, you'll be sent a contract to fill and sign via email. Please allow 48 hours for correspondence.
Please attach a photo/copy of your ID and a voided check.
If the name of the bank account holder is different than the customer service name, both persons must sign a Bank Draft Agreement contract and a Bank Draft Authorization form. You will need to provide the email of the bank account holder so they can be sent these documents to fill and sign if submitting your request below.
